So, when an non-weblog writer, or reader arrives at a weblog, if they do not understand the person who wrote the weblog, or at least have an appreciation of that weblog writer over time, then the reader has little to no context to understand the meanings of those links;
3. People outside any social circle always misread what happens within a social circle -- some see this as privileged, others see the social circle as doing something secretive, other see people within a social circle having something they do not have, and so it goes (...)."
